Shipping Policy

We are not responsible or liable for orders delivered to the incorrect address. It is customer responsibility to provide the correct information at the time of purchase. Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided to avoid disappointment. Refunds will not be issued in such cases. 

Important: If a package got lost, then we will send a new package. We don’t offer a refund in such cases! 
Shipment processing time:
Orders have a processing time up to 4 business days, unless it is a personalised item that takes 3-6 weeks to be manufactured. During peak season, processing times will be higher.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. 

Packages will be shipped with PostNL. Typical delivery time for Europe is 1-4 days and 7-14 business days for the rest of the world. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as postal delays.

Cancelling order
If you need to cancel or change an order you have already placed, you can do so by contacting us as soon as possible. Your order can only be cancelled by contacting us via email: loussrajewels@gmail.com
