You can cancel or update your order as long as it has not been shipped. We will accommodate any changes on your order if it’s possible to do so. Please email loussrajewels@gmail.com to cancel an order or update your order information. 

We do not offer personalized gift notes or gift wrapping. However, if you would like to receive one of our beautiful reusable jewelry boxes, feel free to mention it in the order notes! Please note that no receipt or pricing information will be included in the package, so it’s ready to be sent directly to your recipient.

Your package will be shipped within 1–3 working days, as long as it's not a custom necklace! You will always receive an email once your package has been shipped. With the track & trace code in that email, you can easily keep an eye on the delivery status.

Loussra Jewels is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing, we will contact our shipping carrier to track the delivery information, but we cannot be held responsible if an order shows confirmed delivery to the correct address.

Unfortunately, we can’t create a waitlist for out-of-stock items, as they might be discontinued indefinitely. However, feel free to email us at loussrajewels@gmail.com if you’re interested in any out-of-stock item. If enough people ask for it, we’ll do our best to bring it back.

You always have the option to return your order. This can be done within 14 days after receiving it. Please make sure to return the items unworn, undamaged, and with the original tags still attached. Keep your proof of return safe until we have fully processed it.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including custom and engraved necklaces.
